There is a CLASS for everyone in 2008 -- and we invite you to take several!!! Following are the class descriptions and registration costs. Once you have registered, we give or send you the materials list for the class.

Classes listed in this section are grouped by category: Clubs and Events, Beginning Quilting Classes, Beyond Beginning Workshops, and Calling ALl Knittters. Just scroll down to the sections that interest you to find complete class descriptions.

TO REGISTER: Click on a BLUE colored class date and you will be taken to the registration page. The black colored dates indicate follow-on sessions of classes that started on the corresponding blue colored date. You can also reach the registration page from the menu to the left, or by clicking on a blue class title in the calendar pages.

Class Do's and Don'ts -
- We must have 3 people register at least a week before the start date to hold a class.
- If we cancel the class, you get your money back. If you cancel the class at least one week prior,
   we will give you store credit for the amount of your registration.
- If you cancel a class after one week prior, or do not attend class, you forfeit the registration fee.
- Class fees do not cover the cost of materials unless specifically mentioned.
- Books or patterns are required for every class unless the instructor has written her own pattern.
   - We happily comply with copyright laws.

We are happy to arrange a special class for you. Our a la carte menu is as follows:
    - Individual Session: $20.00/hr
    - Two People: $15/hr per person
    - Three or more: $7.50/hr per person
Our aim is to help each one of you when you're stuck on a project, but please make an appointment if you need more than 10 minutes of individual instruction.

Quilt-in

Join us for a light supper, laughter, and some quilting. A time for the UFO of your choice! Remember to register on the 1st of the month for that month's session. Space is limited to 10 participants.

To replace our Quilt-In nights we have an evening of sewing available for anyone who has taken a class at Cotton Fields. We want to help you get your claass projects finished! Instruction will be available these nights. At this event you will receive 10% off purchases and 10% off the next clsas for which you register. What a deal! See you there!

Mary Blecha provides all materials. Bring your machine if you want to sew, or no machine if you would like to tie quilts. These quilts go to local organizations for babies and children.

Learn to select fabric, cut safely, get an accurate 1/4" seam, and piece a pretty table runner in the process. Once you have these basic techniques you'll be ready for more complex projects.

To introduce you to Judy Niemeyer patterns, we have selected this outstanding table runner that is paper-pieced and can be finished in a timely manner. You will learn the efficient cutting and paperpiecing techniques we gained in a workshop with Judy in Montana. This class is a pre-requisite for other Judy Niemeyer pattern classes.
